Shipping policy

Boaz Trading ships from its warehouse in Florida to the 48 contiguous United States.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. We do not pick or ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday begin processing on the next business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping rates

Two rates apply, and the cheaper one is used at checkout:

Orders under $175 are charged by order weight.

Orders of $175 or more ship for a flat $25 to any address in the 48 contiguous states, regardless of the number of cases.

Orders over $1,200 return to weight-based rates. At that size, pallet freight is normally cheaper than parcel; contact us for a wholesale quote.

The full weight-based rate table is published on our Shipping & Returns page. Rates are quoted and charged in US dollars.

Delivery area

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally.

Exclusions from the flat rate

Custom-printed bags, special orders and custom-quoted items are not covered by the $25 flat rate. Freight on those items is quoted with the order.

Delivery times

Transit times are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our warehouse.

Damaged or short shipments

Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage, shortage or error to chris@boaztradinggroup.com within 5 business days of receipt, with your order number and photographs of the outer carton and the affected goods.
