Refund policy

Boaz Trading sells kraft paper bags by the case. This policy sets out when an order can be returned, cancelled or refunded. It applies to stock orders placed on this website and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.

Condition of returned goods

Cases must be unopened and in their original, resalable packaging. Once a case has been opened the bags cannot be resold, so opened cases are not returnable.

How to start a return

Email chris@boaztradinggroup.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the return address in writing before you ship anything back. Returns sent without prior written confirmation may not be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Because each case is heavy and ships as its own carton, return freight can be significant relative to the value of the goods. If you are unsure which size you need, contact us before ordering a full case.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected, normally within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened cases

Bags that have been used, marked, printed on or otherwise altered

Custom-printed items, special orders and custom-quoted items, unless faulty

Damaged, short or incorrect shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, short-shipped or incorrect, email chris@boaztradinggroup.com within 5 business days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the outer carton and the affected goods. We will replace or refund the affected items. You will not be asked to return damaged goods at your own cost.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it is treated as a return under the terms above.

Wholesale and pallet orders

Return conditions on wholesale, pallet and custom-quoted orders are set at the time of quote and may differ from this policy.
