Shipping & Returns
Everything ships from our warehouse in Florida.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
We do not pick or ship at weekends or on public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday start processing on the next business day — so a weekend order will normally ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping rates
There are two rates, and the cheaper one always applies at checkout.
- Orders under $175 — charged by weight, using the table below.
- Orders of $175 or more — a flat $25, anywhere in the 48 contiguous states, however many cases you order.
- Orders over $1,200 — back to weight-based rates. At that size, pallet freight is almost always cheaper than parcel, so ask for a wholesale quote and we will price delivery to your address.
A single case of most sizes runs between $66 and $111, so an order of two or three cases will usually clear the $175 threshold and ship for $25.

Each band includes its upper weight. A 13 lb order is charged at the 6 – 13 lb rate.
As a guide, a 250-count case of 10 x 5 x 13 bags weighs 24 lb and a 250-count case of 16 x 6 x 13 weighs about 35 lb.
Why shipping costs what it does
A case of kraft bags is heavier than people expect. Case weights across the range run from about 11 pounds for the smallest gift bags to roughly 43 pounds for a case of the largest sizes.
Each case ships as its own carton, so our freight cost scales with the number of cases rather than being absorbed across a larger order. That is why the flat $25 rate matters: above $175 we carry the difference rather than passing it on, and on a multi-case order to the far side of the country that difference is substantial.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories, and we do not offer international shipping.
For pallet quantities or freight delivery, use the wholesale inquiry form and we will quote delivered cost to your address.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, short-shipped or incorrect, email chris@boaztradinggroup.com within 5 business days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the outer carton and the affected goods.
We will replace or refund the affected items. You will not be asked to return damaged goods at your own cost.
Returns
Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition. Cases must be unopened and in original, resalable packaging. Once a case has been opened the bags cannot be resold, so opened cases cannot be returned.
Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Because a case is heavy and ships as its own carton, returning one is often expensive relative to its value. If you are unsure about a size, ask us before ordering a full case.
How to start a return. Email chris@boaztradinggroup.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.
Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, normally within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Not returnable
- Opened cases
- Bags that have been used, marked, printed on or otherwise altered
- Special-order or custom-quoted items, unless faulty
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it is treated as a return.
Wholesale and pallet orders
Freight terms, delivery windows and return conditions on wholesale and pallet orders are set at the time of quote. Custom-printed and special-order items are quoted and shipped separately, and are not covered by the $25 flat rate. See the Wholesale Inquiries page.
